Our founders have varied skills and experiences that, when melded together, create an intelligent and trustworthy team whose principles and dedication to excellence are impressed upon each employee.
Patrick Hannon EMT-P
CEO
Practicing medicine since 2001, Patrick has seen and done it all; EMS, structure fire, wildland fire, running a small cattle ranch, and founding an interfacility transport company. An Entrepreneur at heart, Patrick was looking for another challenge when the Triton trifecta came together. When not at work, Patrick can be found enjoying the outdoors or at home with his wife and spoiling his grandbabies
Dixie Hannon
CFO
Wife of former Oregon State Senator, Lenn Hannon, Dixie brings experience, a level head, and fortitude to the team. Founder of Cascade Medical Transport, she is overseeing the onboarding of Triton Response into the CMTO umbrella.
Caitlin Lucia EMT-P
Chief Operations Officer
Cait started her career in education, but after moving to the PNW she fell in love with EMS. While pursuing structure fire, Cait found her passion for ropes rescue and Wildland Fire medical support. She puts her background in education to good use as the Chief Operations Officer. Cait much prefers to be in the woods than behind a desk and can often be found outside training with her crews or playing bagpipes on her days off.
Bradey Holt EMT-P
Chief Information Officer
A paramedic and lover of numbers, Bradey brings years of medical experience and practical knowledge, in a variety of environments, to our admin team. As our CIO, Bradey can be found analyzing spreadsheets, extrapolating data, and researching and implementing new technologies. When not at work, he can be found at the rock gym with his daughter or making vegetarian meals with his wife.
